"I have a crazy life, who doesn't right? I run a very fast paced business with a lot of daily distractions. I also have a lot of personal stresses to deal with at the same time. That being said I want to thank my life coach Charles Gosset for putting my crazy in perspective and talking me 'from the ledge' so many times. It's not easy to function inside the crazy, but in my last few months of weekly coaching, you have helped me deal with and survive many trials and tribulations. I highly recommend if your world is as crazy as mine, you will find no better resource than Charles. He reminds me what is important and gets me back on track every time. He's helping me calm my personal life and remain focused while growing my business. Helps me learn to balance my stress to keep going and meet my goals. Amazing insight and a great listener. Thank you for making me accountable to enjoying a better life."

"It is hard to feel creative when you have not given yourself the time or permission to create. Ten years of false starts, procrastination, and mean spirited self talk had reduced my passion to an overlooked line item on a very long to do list. During my first contact with Charles I felt a surge of possibility that translated quickly into tangible, bite sized goals to move me forward. Through weekly collaboration and accountability meetings, he reconnected me with my purest intention in being a creative. As a direct result of our meetings I began to enjoy writing again. My overall energy was exponentially expanding. Charles encouraged me to keep to small 30 minute increments that I could accomplish with joy. Those 30 minutes redesigned my creative life. After three months of coaching, my writing life is flourishing and the manuscript will soon be sent to a publisher. Charles taught me tangible skills and empowered me to motivate myself with a kinder internal voice. I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the coaching process. Charles has deep listening and analytical skills that helped me to shift my thinking. The collaboration and personal accountability was invaluable. I feel joyful, grateful, and creative most of the time now. My relationships with others have improved as my relationship with myself has transformed. I feel like myself again!"

“Having Charles see beyond what you say and understand what that truly means is a quality to look for in a coach. I needed someone who wouldn't just nod their head, but someone who would try and understand what I'm thinking and help me make sense of it. To point things out and help me set and achieve goals. To have someone who will not only listen to you, but also see your needs and help you attain them is something worth having. Someone to take your thoughts and desires and help you make them attainable while giving you the confidence to succeed. During our coaching sessions, I was able to process what I was feeling and get clear on what my passions and strengths are for doing what I love to do. Coaching with Charles helped me to think out loud and receive constructive feedback so that I could take action on my most important priorities and goals. As a result of our work together, I was able to make an amazing career move that I’m really excited about. Charles was always available and was extremely motivating and excited for me when things were progressing in my areas of concern. I am truly thankful for his kindness, but also his professionalism. Thank you for going out of your way to see others’ dreams come true!”

"Wow! I do not know where to begin for this is the first experience of its kind in my life. I had never had a coach before but grew with a fatherly figure in our working together. My own father died when I was six years old and, since then, this is the first time I have really been helped. It’s as though Charles took me in as a son. I began as someone who needed help but ended up as a family member; the warmth that you provide, the listening ears, and the attention and concern you show are all beyond words. This has made me realize that I have found a father.
Your coaching techniques are beyond words to describe. I felt as if I could see you walking with me daily, dealing with all my confusions and lack of hope. The unique thing is that we have never met face to face, but I’ve felt so connected that is seems as if I have known you forever.
I am very satisfied with your help to me over these 12 sessions and I am not the same as when you began with me. Today, I have several things to point out that resulted from your helping me through the coaching process:
1.) I have self-confidence and my trust in God is more solid
2.) I moved from a confused dream to an organized one and registered my organization Shelter of Smiles to serve the community
3.) I can now deal with my work stress
4.) I am currently enrolled in school pursuing my Masters degree - a desire coming true
5.) I have hope beyond words"

"I am in the preparatory stages of writing a book and fatefully met Charles while attending my first writer’s conference. When I first learned of his services, I immediately began ‘shoulding’ myself. I shouldn’t need another to tell me I can do it. If I’m a writer I should just write and be done with it. And if I’m not writing then obviously I should just try harder. Thankfully, during our initial consultation I knew that without opening the door to something new, I could only expect the same results: Blank pages and quiet frustration.
Before Charles I felt like I carried a bag of burden everywhere I went. Inside were all the tasks and responsibilities I needed to do to move forward with my book. But fear of failure, fear of success and even fear of the unknown made lugging that thing around - even just thinking about it - feel safer than diving in and getting busy. Charles helped me open the bag, spill out the tasks and most importantly make friends with them. I could not have accomplished this seemingly simple feat alone.
What can one expect in Charles? Unprecedented listening and intuitive skills coupled with the gifts of care, compassion, calm intelligence, insight and humor. His manner is straightforward yet friendly. Charles’ greatest contributions were helping me prioritize my tasks while holding me accountable with weekly homework assignments. Creating within me a new habit of getting things done. What used to be scary is now a peaceful challenge. I actually have a process now and enjoy it. My project feels accessible. This bag I carry is now a gift.
Charles is a very genuine and giving soul. There have been many pivotal times in my life, and working with Charles the summer of 2017 is absolutely one of them!"

"I have worked with Charles for 2 years. He has helped navigate me through some tough life issues. He is able to truly listen to you and help you to identify areas where you are stuck or lack confidence in or need direction in. He is genuine, compassionate, intuitive and knows how to help. I am finally to a point of being confident in who I am and able to live out the passions and purpose for my life. I have a plan of action. I know how to seek positive support and am capable of handling negative feedback. He can definitely help you to do the same. I'm very grateful.
If you want to get out of your rut, discover facets of you that have been covered for a while, find meaning and acceptance for who you are and were made to be, realize your potential, plus much, much more, then it would be a wise choice to work with Charles. He is a great Life Coach and I am certain that he can help you get where you want to go."

"Working with Charles through Full Integration Coaching has helped me embrace life with a level of joy and passion that I'd previously not been able to experience. Charles is such a compassionate listener, and our sessions are always built on a strong foundation of trust and honesty. His non-judgmental nature allows me to be completely open and because of this we are able to accomplish so much. Together we have been able to distill what is most important in my life while also creating specific, manageable goals that continually take me to higher levels of awareness and productivity. I feel empowered and confident about the future, and many of the fears and anxieties that have haunted me for years are no longer holding me back from my greatest long-term goals. Without hesitation I would say that coaching with Charles is one of the most important and pivotal life decisions I have ever made. I can’t recommend him highly enough!"

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS CLASS (4 & 8 weeks)
"The mindfulness class has helped me to purposefully think about what I am doing, saying, or thinking, to 'stay in that moment' rather than past or future moments; and it has also helped me to become aware of 'thinking about nothing.' For example, practicing relaxing my body and mind on a daily basis so that it might transition naturally to a more calm state during chaotic times, and giving myself permission to take time to take care of myself by just 'being in a quiet moment by myself.' This class was helpful in giving me specific ways to slow down my thinking so that I can think more clearly and in a healthier manner."
"Attending the weekly classes helped mindfulness to 'stay on my mind.' The handouts, surveys, and discussion were very good at presenting and reinforcing mindfulness so that my knowledge and understanding increased. The course helped me to be cognizant of where I have not been mindful so that I could use the tools from the lessons to change that. I particularly liked the 'Mindfulness of Emotions' class as it helped me reflect more on being mindful of my emotions. I really enjoyed the class. It was well-organized and Charles was very knowledgeable about the topic."

ALLIANCE HEALTH DEACONESS HOSPITAL "BEATING THE BURNOUT" TALK 2016 (for 50 hospital leadership staff members)
"I would like to share my review and give my endorsement of Mr. Gosset’s lecture he recently gave for the staff at Alliance Health Deaconess Hospital here in Oklahoma City. As everyone knows, the healthcare field in general is very challenging and stressful these days. When you daily deal with a combination of people’s lives, multiple rapidly advancing technologies and consistently changing regulations at every level of the private and government sectors, it’s no wonder that many employees from Administration to physicians and the general staff suffer from stress and burnout! This effects not just their professional performance but their private lives as well!
Mr. Gosset’s lecture on 'Beating the Burnout: Workable Strategies for Stress Reduction and Self-Care' was very timely and relevant! He shared a great Lifestyle Behaviors Stress Assessment that was extremely helpful as communicated to me by the staff. He also shared how to identify 'Signs of Burnout,' 'Stress Reduction,' and 'Self-Care.' He shared how self-care is an active and powerful choice along with the benefits of good self-care for our lives in all of its aspects.
All the tools he gave us were easy to understand and extremely useful. One tool he shared that the staff really found helpful was a six-step process to create and develop your own self-care plan. His comprehensive approach to include all aspects of life (physical, spiritual, mental, social, emotional) really impressed everyone. Our goal is to hopefully have more lectures presented by him in the future, and he has already agreed to share at a special upcoming annual meeting in October held for our volunteers Auxiliary, and we are all looking forward to that. Our human resources department is also looking into the possibility of him providing this kind of information to personnel on an as needed basis.
We were very fortunate to have him share here and would fully endorse his program to anyone! We wish him much success in his future endeavors."

SCHOOL TALKS RECOMMENDATIONS
"When Charles told me he would like to come speak to our students and teachers at our school, I was elated! We have had the privilege of hearing Charles before and in fact, he wrote a special song just for us that we sing in Warrior Wake Up quite often. The kids love him. The teachers love him. I attend his monthly stress reduction class which he gives of his time freely. His motivation and encouragement is infectious! If ever he was needed, now is the time when our students and teachers are facing the stress and pressure of testing. I highly recommend Charles and feel he would be of great benefit to us now and anytime there is a need for support and encouragement. He is the best of the best!"

"Charles Gosset has been my friend for several years. I am delighted to learn that he is having motivational speeches for students at school. Charles is always upbeat, kind with a calm and steady personality. His mindful coaching was extremely calming to my daughter and helped her deal with many problems in an encouraging way. Charles relates well to children and is a welcome chaperone for many school field trips. Students relate well to Charles and enjoy his humor too. In addition, Charles is well respected in our community through his work with children and the church."

KAMP KEYBOARD MINDFULNESS TRAINING 2016 TEACHER REVIEWS
"Charles Gosset is a natural while working with all ages, children and adults. He provides a service desperately needed in today’s busy, noisy, hi-tech environment. Today’s students simply don’t know how to quiet their minds, and redirect their thoughts. Charles has helped our students become 'mindful' of their environment, and quiet thoughts that get in the way of their studies, and performances. Our students talk very highly of his class, and of the 'new' tools they have learned. They have described his classes as 'life changing!' I agree!!

"Charles Gosset is an incredibly perceptive man who gently helps individuals dig in to their potential. He has helped my piano students that attended Kamp Keyboard with their performance anxiety through practical exercises and meaningful discussions on awareness of the body and mind. He provides the perfect environment for individuals to open up and explore how their minds work in order to be aware in various situations as well as how to accept our human responses to them. He is great for all age ranges and backgrounds and makes everyone feel welcome and safe to grow. I would definitely recommend Charles to professional musicians and athletes as well as children with any kind of anxieties related to performing and group participation."

"The mindfulness and performance enhancement sessions Charles led at Kamp Keyboard were well received by our piano students. He was able to share practical ways to combat stressful situations that we all go through as musicians, and even just as human beings. There is a positive energy about Charles, and it’s one that puts everyone at ease in his sessions. This helped the students feel comfortable to share their experiences with each other - there is no wrong answer! I was fortunate enough to sit in on these sessions with the students. I learned many helpful tools about being mindful and dealing with stress that I’m able to use in my daily life, and have also been able to share with my students. I would definitely recommend Charles to people of all ages, and experiences!"

"Charles Gosset is a man full of compassion, understanding, empathy, grace and love for people. His ease with working with individuals of all ages is a rare ability. I have attended a pilgrimage retreat led by Charles and found it to be a peaceful time allowing me to reconnect to Divine. I have also witnessed Charles interacting with students. It gives me great joy to see how well he connects with them. The meditation and breathing exercises he shares with students have been a wonderful lifeline for many. The reflection time he brings to his classes allows the students to be still and to learn how to be comfortable in who they are in that very moment. The skills that he is sharing with the students not only helps them during practice and performance sessions, but he shares ways that these skills are useful in every area of their life. Mark 10:21 says that when a young man asked a question of Jesus that Jesus looked on the man, loved him and then spoke. I believe that Charles Gosset approaches every relationship with that same approach – he sees, he loves and then speaks."
